Clarity Session Disclaimer and Agreement

1. Professional Disclaimer

• • Nature of Services: Elicia Woodford is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed therapist. The services provided are for personal and spiritual development and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
  • Advice: Any professional opinion, guidance, or advice offered is for informational and research purposes only. Clients are responsible for deciding what resonates with them and should consult with appropriate licensed professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.
  • Client Responsibility: The success of any program or advice, including your ability to self-heal, is primarily dependent on your commitment and resolve to focus on your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I, the client, confirm and agree to the following:

• • I hereby hold harmless Elicia Woodford and Core Emotional Healing LLC from any liabilities, claims, or responsibilities that may arise in relation to my participation in her advice and programs.
  • I will not bring any claims or take any action against Elicia Woodford or Core Emotional Healing LLC.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• • I agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials, content, or works provided as part of the programs or advice.
  • All materials and works are the exclusive property of Elicia Woodford and are protected by copyright.

4. Financial and Cancellation Policy

• • Refunds and Expiration: All services are non-refundable. Services and programs expire six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
  • Individual Appointments: Individual appointments are scheduled for a specific time and must be respected.
  • Cancellation/No-Show: Clients will be charged 100% of the session fee for all missed individual appointments (no-shows) or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. The only exceptions are if Elicia Woodford is notified via email at least 24 hours in advance or in the case of a verifiable emergency.
