Clarity Consult Disclaimer and Agreement

1. Professional Disclaimer

- Advice: Clients are responsible for deciding what resonates with you.
- Client Responsibility: The success of any advice is primarily on your commitment to implement.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I, the client, confirm and agree to the following:

- I hereby hold harmless Elicia Woodford from any liabilities, claims, or responsibilities that may arise in relation to my participation in her advice.
- I will not bring any claims or take any action against Elicia Woodford or Core Emotional Healing LLC.

3. Financial and Cancellation Policy

- Refunds and Expiration: All services are non-refundable and expire six (3) months from the original date of purchase.
- Individual Appointments: Individual appointments are scheduled for a specific time and must be respected.
- Cancellation/No-Show: Clients will be charged 100% of the session fee for all missed individual appointments (no-shows) or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. The only exceptions are if Elicia Woodford is notified via email at least 24 hours in advance or in the case of a verifiable emergency.
